We had a great stay at the resort! It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a really nice vibe with interesting themes throughout. It’s also conveniently located near Target and several restaurants, which was a big plus. One thing to note is that they charge a 20% service fee for any food orders or restaurant services. The pool area was clean, and there’s a small restaurant on-site, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and polite, though the check-in staff could benefit from a bit more training, it felt like they were fresh graduates still finding their rhythm. Our only issue was that the HVAC system didn’t seem to be working properly, but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we return in the future, I might consider Hilton resorts again, as they seem more involved in vacation services.

We loved the Carribean feel that this resort has, and everything it had to offer. It was very well kept/clean. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Love the flexibility available to have a late check out when possible. I have travel a lot and love that in Florida this location made me feel I was in a Caribbean.
